A nervous system-centered strength and movement practice designed to support bone health, core stability, balance, and embodied resilience across the lifespan. This work weaves chi-weight training, functional strength, breathwork, and somatic awareness into a progressive practice that strengthens the body while supporting regulation, confidence, and steadiness.
This is not a fitness class you push through. It is an intelligent, inclusive approach to movement that supports osteoporosis prevention, joint health, posture, and functional strength—while honoring the unique history, identity, and lived experience each person brings into their body.
Most members choose the full weekly rhythm of the practice to experience the deepest and most lasting results, even when attending live isn't always possible.
This is a practice for people who want to feel strong, steady, and at home in their bodies now and for the years ahead.
The body learns through repetition, rhythm, and integration. Practicing multiple times per week allows the nervous system to adapt, muscles and bones to strengthen safely, and patterns of holding, bracing, or collapsing to shift over time.
With live classes and access to recordings, participants are able to maintain continuity even when life gets busy—supporting long-term bone density, balance, and strength without strain or burnout.

This option offers the full rhythm of the practice and is ideal for those seeking consistent strength, bone support, and nervous-system resilience. With two live classes per week and full access to the recording library, you can attend live when possible and practice on your own schedule without losing continuity.
Includes two live Zoom classes per week, full access to the class video library, recordings sent within 48 hours, and the flexibility to practice live or on-demand. This is the most chosen option and offers the strongest foundation for long-term results.

This option offers a steady weekly touchpoint for those with limited availability who still want consistent support. Participants receive one live class per week, along with access to the recording of the class they attended. Recordings are sent within 48 hours, and the option to upgrade at any time.
$20 per class
This option is for those curious about the masterclass but not ready to commit. This gives you access to one class, perfect for those who want to experience the practice before subscribing. Whether you're unsure or just short on time, this option lets you join ONE session and explore the transformation at your own pace.
This fee only covers your attendance for ONE CLASS, not one week. Recording is available to this option as well.

Many participants attend live when they can and rely on recordings to maintain consistency. If you're unsure where to begin, you're welcome to start with the weekly option and move into the full rhythm of the practice whenever you feel ready.
Please have available:
A yoga mat, light to medium weights, yoga blocks, a strap, resistance bands, a foam roller, and therapy balls.
Yoga bolsters are optional.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
