Teya has taught dance and fitness for over 20 years. She is a certified Zumba Instructor and Certified Yoga Therapist. A graduate from the prestigious Holistic Health Institute she is certified as a Massage Therapist & Holistic Health Educator since 1991.She completed a 3 year Waldorf teacher training which included movement education through Eurythmy and Spatial Dynamics.
Her studies in dance include over 20 years of training in Modern, Jazz, hip hop, Afro brazilian & Haitian Flamenco and middle eastern influences. Teya has also studied with master movement educators & ceremonial dance masters from around the world.
